COLD IPA
Brewed with a Pilsner and 2-row malt base, and flaked rice for added mouthfeel, creaminess, and head retention. German lager yeast fermented at the higher end of lager temperatures produces a clean and bright canvas for the dry-hopped American Citra, New Zealand Nelson Sauvin, and Wai-iti hops. This beer, a new interpretation of the India Pale Lager, drinks crisp and hoppy, with notes of peach stone fruit, honeysuckle, and pineapple.
