PASSION FRUIT SOUR
Brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, and unmalted wheat, then kettle soured and fermented. A generous amount of passion fruit purée was added at the end of fermentation. With flavors of reminiscent of tropical fruit, Smarties candy, and lime citrus, this beer finishes dry and tart.
