Thirsty Thursday Brewery Runs

 

Struggling to motivate yourself to run? Like craft beers and running? Interested in earning free True North Ale Company swag?

If you answered yes to any of these, join us at True North Ale Company for our weekly Thirsty Thursday Brewery Runs. Routes will start and end at the brewery.

This is not a race, rather a fun chance to socialize, exercise, enjoy beer, and earn free swag. All paces and abilities welcome. Bring friends or make new ones! Friendly dogs are welcome, but must remain on the patio with their human friend after the run.

Each week, your check-in earns you another point towards free swag. Simply sign in when you arrive. Although you are not required to check in, you must do so to earn points.

20: 16oz can koozies (2) & pretzel
30: Short-sleeve logo t-shirt
40: Shaker pint glasses (2)
50: Winter logo performance hat

100: Recognition ceremony - beer from Das Boot
and your name on our wall of fame 

Between 3:00pm and 7pm, runners leave True North Ale Co. for a ~5k loop (http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/1931222933). You may choose to run with a group or pick your own course.  Additional routes will continually be added to the "ThirstyThursdayRuns TrueNorthAle" MapMyRun page.

Most runners relax at the brewery after their run. The taproom has a wide variety of  beer styles on tap and serves hot pretzels. We are a B.Y.O.F. (Bring Your Own Food) establishment on Thursdays, so feel free to bring your own snacks or have food delivered to enjoy after your workout.

Be sure to bring reflective gear, headlamps, and/or lights through the winter months! Safety first!
