True North Ales & Revelry Beer Pairings Dinner

Join us in the True North Ales Taproom for our first onsite beer pairings dinner! Chef Brian Ledet, a native of New Orleans and owner of Revelry food truck, will prepare and serve an authentic New Orleans-style four course dinner (see menu below). Each course will be paired with a specially selected True North Ales beer style. Brewery staff will introduce each 8oz beer and answer any beer or brewery-related questions.

Limited seating for 25 dinner guests will be in the main Taproom, which is closed to the public on Mondays.

Doors open for ticket holders at 6:30pm. At 6:30 we welcome you to socialize and buy a pre-dinner beer, if desired. Dinner service will begin at 7pm.

Tickets are $85 per person and INCLUDE the four-course fixed-price menu, four 8oz True North Ales beers, tax, and 20% gratuity.

1. Fried Oyster & Artichoke Stacked Salad
Fried oysters atop hothouse tomatoes, arugula, pickled red onions, and fried artichoke bottoms served with Remoulade dressing.

2. New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp
Jumbo, head-on shrimp sautéed in a Crystal Worcestershire-spiked butter/white wine sauce. Served with warm French bread. 

3. Blackened Redfish with Crawfish Cream Sauce
Served with smothered green beans & baby red hot mashed potatoes. 

4. White Chocolate Bread Pudding
A dessert made famous at The Palace Cafe in New Orleans. Butter-rich white chocolate French bread pudding, doused in a luscious white chocolate sauce.
