BRIGHT-WINGED DOVE was designed and brewed by the women of True North Ales. Our 2025 Pink Boots Society collaboration, this Paloma lager is a vibrant and refreshing beer inspired by the classic Paloma cocktail. American lager yeast and pilsner malt showcase the bright flavors of Motueka hops, grapefruit purée, and lime zest. Agave nectar adds a subtle complexity. A well-balanced lager -- both invigorating and easy drinking. A perfect choice for warmer weather.
