Brewed with grain grown and malted locally by Valley Malt in Hadley, MA. No spices were added, yet this beer exudes flavors and aromas reminiscent of pear, bubblegum, black pepper, grains of paradise, and rose hip spice. Fermented with yeast sourced originally from Brasserie Dupont in Tourpes, Belgium, Country Mouse finishes dry and is highly quaffable for summertime drinking.
