Brewed in the tradition of American Cream Ales of the mid-1800s, with pilsner malt, flaked maize, flaked rice, and Lórien hops. Fermented with a lager yeast from one of America's oldest breweries. Crisp, clean, and refreshing, with subtle sweet notes of bread dough, lemon, melon, and pear.
