Hoppy Belgian Blonde Ale
Fermented with our house Belgian ale strain, the same yeast used in Vincianne, Gold Award winner at the 2018 World Beer Cup. This yeast produces fruity flavors reminiscent of apple, pear, and bubblegum. Coriander accentuates the citrus spice elements. Hugo is finished with Loral, Azacca, Saaz, Motueka, and Amarillo hops both in the whirlpool as well as in the dry hop, exuding flavors and aromas of juicy tropical fruit, floral citrus spice, and apricot.
