AMERICAN PALE ALE
Brewed with pale, dark crystal, and Munich malts to provide a malt body full of flavors of freshly baked bread. Hopped throughout the kettle boil and the dry hop with Cascade, Centennial, and Eukanot. Wild, native North Shore hops grown in front of the brewery building in Ipswich this summer, and at the home of one of our founders in nearby Byfield, were added in the whirlpool on brewday. A well-balanced beer with aromas of tangerine, grapefruit zest, and herbal piney spice layered on top of flavors of toast and caramel.
