AMERICAN CREAM ALE
Fermented using Norwegian farmstead ale yeast Hornindal kveik (pronounced “kvike”) and a traditional American cream ale base beer. Pale ale malt, crystal malt, and flaked rice produce a creamy mouthfeel. Dry hopped with Chinook, Huell Melon, and Hallertau Blanc generating flavors of clementine, berry, lychee, and honeydew melon.
