Brewed with raw Jasmine rice cooked in-house, then decocted with pilsner malts. Fermented cold with Japanese lager yeast for subtle perfumy notes of plum, jasmine flower, white tea, wildflower, and pear. Subtly sweet with a bright and effervescent dry finish.
