AMERICAN WHEAT
Brewed with American Pilsner and wheat malts to provide a delicate and soft body. Fermented with American Ale yeast to develop a clean, balanced profile that accentuates the malt and hops. The 2019 Pink Boots hop blend was used late in the boil to impart low bitterness and aromatics. A moderate dry hop with Belma and Cashmere produces notes of strawberry, melon, and citrus fruit.
Brewed for the 2019 Pink Boots Boston arm wrestling event, "Rumble in the Jungle", hosted by True North Ales.
